- Shipping & DeliveryOrders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. Our fulfillment service operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Please remember that orders are not processed or shipped out on the weekends.
Our fulfillment center, situated in the northwest region of Michigan`s mitten. The address is 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686. We`ll e-mail an order confirmation to you, including a tracking number.
We use FedEx Ground and USPS Mail 3-5 business days delivery service to deliver our orders in USA, depending on the size of the order. If you wish we can send your order by Priority or Express Mail for additional charge. You can choose this method during checkout.
For International orders we use USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days service. If you wish we can send your order by Express Mail for additional charge. You can choose this method during checkout.

We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right. If for any reason you decide you no longer wish to continue taking our supplements you may simply return any unopened bottles to our fulfilment warehouse within 90 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of the bottles we will refund you for any unopened product. You will not be charged a restocking fee, you will receive a full refund, for each unopened bottle, excluding the original postage cost. Please note, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on opened, used or partially used bottles. We are also unable to offer refunds on bottles returned after 90 days from the day of purchase.If you wish to return the item please notify us by e-mail [email protected] that you intend to do so.
